We are a lifestyle curated marketplace. All sales have been hand picked by Shopify collective merchandisers for you and shipped by them directly. Returns are handled by them as are payments and sales taxes. PetsPetorium in exchange receives a small percentage from the sale only. This is why there is a tipping box offered. 

We have a 4 day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have a one hour decision to cancel your item. We are always on your side.
